Need some OCs, Can anbody help?

Hi everybody. Its H.R. or my new penname, Ishiba. I am trying to piece together an idea for a manga or a doujinshi, and I was hoping to see if anyone was willing to volunteer some of their OCs to the cause. I haven't really gotten a set story in my head yet, but if anyone wants to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated.
